Teen Facial

The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massages. This form of massage is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. The Swedish technique involves actions such as kneading, percussion, vibration, rolling, and tapping.

Neuromuscular

Neuromuscular massage is a specialized form of massage in which pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in specific muscles. Areas known as tender or trigger points are manipulated, as they tend to be the cause of ongoing muscular-related pain.
